Members of the Parliament enjoy legal immunity ensuring the legal
protection required to enable them to exercise their functions freely. The
MP is not questioned on his ideas and opinions while exercising his tasks
in the Assembly. It is not allowed to pursue or arrest an MP during
Assembly's sessions, and without an explicit permission by the
Assembly, except when caught in the very act. It is not allowed also to
pursue or arrest an MP out the duration of meeting sessions for a crime,
without an explicit permission by the President of The Assembly, except
when caught in the very act.
